Julia Kozusko (2003-present) is Early Childhood Partner’s Executive Director, and has been with the organization since its inception. Julia graduated from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, with a business degree and went on to complete a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado at Denver. Julia has worked with Early Childhood Partners as a mental health consultant, providing support to teachers, children and parents in early childhood settings. She is a parent group leader for the Incredible Years parenting program, which has served hundreds of parents of young children in Eagle County since 2006. Julia worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Colorado West Regional Mental Health Center (now Mind Springs) for eight years. Julia is a mental health consultant for Head Start and the Nurse Family Partnership, serves on the Health Services Advisory Committee for Eagle County, and is a member of the Rocky Mountain Early Childhood Council. She provides Part C Early Intervention for children with developmental delays and/or disabilities birth through age three. Julia is a facilitator for the Family Leadership Training Institute in Eagle County.
