Luz Youse

Luz Youse (2024 -present) is an experienced early childhood educator with a passion for fostering young children’s growth, development in nurturing, and inclusive environments with over 8 years of experience in both teaching and leadership in different early childhood centers around the valley.  As both a teacher and a leader, Luz has a deep understanding of child development, creating developmentally appropriate programs that encourage cognitive, social, and emotional growth in children from infancy through preschool. She implements play-based, child-centered learning experiences while also ensuring that the center follows best practices and educational standards. Luz has extensive experience in planning, staff training, and fostering positive family-school partnerships. Luz’s ability to balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on teaching has been key to supporting different early childhood programs. Luz is trained in Make Parenting a Pleasure, LENA grow, Circle of Security Parenting and Classroom, and the ECERS and ITERS (Early Childhood Rating Systems). Luz is dedicated to ongoing professional development, regularly attending workshops and conferences to stay updated on the latest early childhood education trends and policies. Outside of work, Luz enjoys the different outdoor activities that the valley has to offer with the company of her dog and family. She believes in the importance of creating a strong, supportive community both inside and outside the classroom, where every child and teacher can thrive and reach their full potential.
