Tara LieuranceTara Lieurance (2015-present), Supervisor of Child Care Initiatives, earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Adams State University, and began working in the early childhood field in 2007. Tara is a Certified Coach and Trainer through the Colorado Department of Education, and is a certified observer in the Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS). She is a Certified Quality Improvement Specialist for the Infant/Toddler Environment Rating Scale (ITERS) and the Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scale (ECERS) through Clayton, and is a Dinosaur School Peer Coach certified through Invest in Kids. Tara is also trained in Pyramid Plus, a certified Train the Trainer for Flip It!, and an Expanding Quality in Infant Toddler Care Trainer through the Colorado Department of Education. Tara supports childcare centers and family childcare homes in an array of quality improvement efforts.
